Los Angeles’ Savannah Faith by Big Reese

Today we feature the work of Maurice Speights of MD. Big Mo sent us this photo set as well as some more info regarding Los Angeles beauty Savannah Faith, let’s read on:

Who is this lovely lady?

This is Savannah Faith. She is a model in the Los Angeles area

When did you guys shoot?

We shot in April, 2014. I was lucky enough to spend all winter in California, which was great since Maryland had a rough winter this year.  Savannah is originally from the Midwest so we bonded over how annoyed we were at Cali people complaining about how “cold” it was!.

Did she live up to your expectation when it came to modeling?

She did indeed!  I knew she hadn’t modeled much at the time but she was great with taking direction. She showed up on time and ready to work. Also, she didn’t spend a bunch of time on her phone which is a big pet peeve of mine!

What was something, other than her beauty, you noticed right away?

That she wasn’t from California.  Neither of us knew the area which made planning the shoot very interesting.

What is something you remember most of Savannah?

That she was “fresh off the bus” as they say.  She had just moved to Los Angeles about 1 month before we scheduled our shoot. She had never left her home town and she had no connections in California.  She actually moved to follow her dream, which is something I thought only happened in movies!

What, if anything, did Savannah teach you?

She taught me about an app called “uber”, which sounds like a great way to get around if you don’t have a car, or if you need a designated driver!

Is Savannah still modeling?

I haven’t spoken to her since our shoot, but I would imagine she is.

If you had the chance to do it all over, would you?

Definitely!  I really hate that I had to leave L.A. right after we shot. I’m looking to go back to Cali soon and I definitely indeed to look her up
