Give us 5 words that you think best describe you?
Fiery, stubborn, clever, geeky, curious.
Your Astrological and how would you describe your personality in that regard?
Horoscopes proclaim Aquarians have trouble with authority, so fuck ’em.
What would you say is your best asset?
What do others compliment you on the most?
How did you get started in modeling?
Modeling had never crossed my mind until a friend of a friend saw me onstage and cast me on the spot. I said, “Sure, I can do this in slow-motion.” It was just an art project, but that’s what I loved.
Are you signed with an agency?
What do you enjoy most about modeling?
What are the top three things you like to shoot?
Vintage, fine art, wedding.
Do you enjoy the constant attention and adoration that comes with being a glamour model?
Honestly, I’m a little shy.
Where do you want your career to be in two years?
That’s tough; there’s so much that I want to do. I’d like to focus on acting more, and to model my own costumes.
What are some of your hidden talents other than modeling?
Theatrical makeup, costuming and by extension drawing, and I know my way around power tools.
Take us through your getting ready to model routine?
It varies so much by genre and scale, my only consistent routine is plenty of sleep and hydration.
What is the best info you can give a new model?
Love your body, assert your goals, know yourself.
As a model, what would you say has been your biggest obstacle?
My gender identity.
If you had to walk away from modeling today, what memory would you take from it?
If you had to walk away, what would you like to be remembered most for?
My sense of style. I’m very proud of it, and it carries over into “real life.”
Let’s switch gears to learn more about what makes you tick.
What type of man are you attracted to?
I prefer women, so it takes a rare man to attract me. My type is nerdy and creative.
What trait do you think is most important in determining someone’s attractiveness?
Their sense of humor. Bonus: it can show intelligence and kindness, too.
What personal qualities do you think the man of your future should have?
The person for me is passionate and committed. And loves cats. That’s a deal breaker.
What body part of a man do you think is sexiest?
When it comes to your taste in men, pick one: “the bad boy” or “the nice guy”?
Nice at heart, not for the praise.
How does a man keep you interested once he’s caught your attention?
Nothing beats a home-cooked meal.
How do you show him that he has your attention?
I say so. Explicitly.
When it comes to men, what are some of your turn offs?
Strong cologne/scent, arrogance, douchiness.
What’s the most memorable thing a guy has done to get your attention?
Flown me to a black-tie event – seeing him transformed in a flattering suit and dancing the night away was unforgettable.
In contrast, what was the worse thing?
Do you have a quote that you live by?
Life is more complex than a pithy quote. But I understand why Bob Dylan said, “All I can do is be me — whoever that is[.]”
What is your favorite city?
I make the most of whichever city I’m in!
What is your favorite sports team?
That one with the colorful logo and the humorous mascot. Y’know. One of those.
